The fees in our office are Specialist Fees and thus are higher than the General Practitioners Fees and most insurance coverage. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. On the completion of a treatment procedure, our office will generate the appropriate insurance forms on your behalf – these will be given to you. Most insurance companies will compensate you within a short time period according to their fee schedule and your percentage coverage.
At our office, we make every effort to provide you with the finest care. We work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date. They can be reached by phone at (613) 729-5700. Please bring your insurance information with you to the initial visit so that we can expedite your reimbursement.
Fees and Financial Policy
The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved.
It is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment. Because of the unique nature of our practice and the specialized kinds of cases we treat, it is not possible for us to accept insurance in lieu of payment. We will, however, provide you with all the information required by your insurance carrier so that you may obtain any reimbursements due to you.
